KARAME is operated by Karame Beauty Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17480705, with its registered office at 136 Hall Street, Stockport, SK1 4HE. You can contact us at info@karamebeauty.com.
These terms
These terms apply when you order from karamebeauty.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.
Placing an order
When you place an order you are offering to buy from us. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will let you know and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We do not store your card details. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before dispatching, and you may cancel.
Products
Our products are cosmetics for external use. Please read the label before use and stop using a product if you have a reaction. Product images are intended to represent the products accurately, but slight variation in colour and finish can occur.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery, your right to cancel within 14 days, returns and refunds are covered in our Delivery and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Faulty goods
If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time you ordered.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
