Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We dispatch orders from the UK within 24 hours.

UK delivery costs £2.99 and usually arrives within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery is free on orders over £50.

We do not currently deliver outside the UK.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at info@karamebeauty.com before the 14 days are up. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returning something

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we cover it. Please email us before returning anything so we can give you the return address.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof that you have sent them. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We refund the standard delivery cost you paid, but not any extra you paid for faster delivery.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photograph and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Packaging

Our individual products are designed to arrive without unnecessary outer cartons. The KARAME presentation box is available separately if you would like one for gifting.
